 How silly, depressed, and tired did I feel after doing some aimless jogging and gymnastics without music or company! I said to myself what the hell am I chasing! After a few years of staying at home, connecting to @, and eating whatever I have at home, one night I listened to the song work-Rihanna

and danced until I felt tired but happy and slept like a baby.
That night,  I knew that I needed a boost which is definitely music! So I was up for  aerobic sessions, and here are the results:

The great thing about this strategy is that music can be a great boost of energy
